John Young is a Sydney based freelance Videographer and Photographer with roots in BMX. Stepping off the bike and getting behind the camera to document the progression of the culture, producing feature length projects which lead to creating video content for BMX brands both locally and internationally. Over the years John naturally evolved from shooting action in the streets to live music, fashion, portraits & corporate events. In 2016 drone cinematography quickly became a fascination and has since flown in 9 countries in search of unique perspectives.

John has worked on projects with companies such as Red Bull, RØDE Microphones, Young Henry’s, NRMA, St George, Fit Bike Co, Hell On Wheels, Etnies, Afray, BDA Racing, RugbyPass as well as covering various corporate events and brand activations.
